Damaged/Defective Products/Lost Order:

- If you receive a damaged, defective, or different product, please contact us immediately with details and photographic evidence within 2 days of the delivery date. If your order is lost in transit, a full refund will be provided.

  Note: If the packaging is opened or damaged at the time of delivery, please reject the order or refuse to accept it.

  We will assess the situation and provide a complete refund based on the invoice amount (in case of online payment) or provide a replacement as per the customer's preference.

Conditions for Refund:

- Refunds will only be issued for damaged products upon delivery.

- To initiate the refund process, customers are required to provide a 360-degree uncut video of the unboxing process.

- The video must clearly show the condition of the product upon opening the package.

- Once we receive the video and verify the damage, we will raise a Return to Origin (RTO) shipment for the damaged product.

- Upon receipt of the returned product, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

No Return, No Exchange Policy:

- Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than receiving a damaged product.

- We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before completing the purchase to ensure satisfaction.
